The changes brought about by the Jackson Reforms mean that the issue of Costs has become high profile. Practitioners must have a detailed grasp of the key aspects, principles and rules of legal costs in order to conduct their clients’ cases effectively and comply with the CPR. This course provides the delegate with an overview of the rules, practice directions and principles from case law as well as a comprehensive review of the latest developments and cases. It offers practical guidance in relation to cost issues and how they impact on costs recovery.
