Course description

Overview

The course will provide you with a solid understanding of the practical and legal issues to be considered when taking security, from both the lender’s and borrower’s viewpoint. Using case studies and practical examples it will also familiarise you with the commercial terminology used in the market.

This course will be of benefit to all practitioners who are new to finance and banking law, as well as junior corporate and property lawyers and those requiring a refresher in the area of law.
