Overview
Operating a website in a commercially sound and compliant manner requires businesses to negotiate a minefield of increasing complex legal issues. During this course the key legal considerations will be reviewed in detail and a series of case studies will be reviewed by delegates.

- Emphasis throughout is placed on a commercially sound and compliant approach to these topics and the course will involve a series of practical exercises analysing each of the areas covered. Group feedback will be given.
