Course description
This qualification is for those who are working or looking to gain entry in the role of assessment. Applicants are able to undertake a mix of units, dependent upon their circumstances in both accredited learning and non-accredited learning, not just NVQs.
The qualification comprises of 2 units designed to provide the knowledge and assessment opportunities to achieve the Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment. Participants will need to discuss their current circumstances in order to ensure all resources are in place to enable competency to be assessed.
You will be assessing competence using a variety of assessment methods suitable to where you assess, therefore you are strongly advised to familiarise yourself with assessment criteria that you are going to be making judgements on as well as setting aside time to work on your own award.
