This Developing Contracts workshop from CIPS is designed to help you develop the practical skills to draft solid contracts for both goods and services
Delivered in a highly interactive format, the comprehensive 2-day programme is delivered by two experts - a solicitor and a barrister who will bring the contract document to life and provide you with the skills to leverage robust supplier relationships.
By the end of this course you will be able to:
- Understand more about drafting contracts for the supply of services and goods
- Demonstrate improved knowledge of contract negotiation, including how to agree or dispute clauses
- Use your knowledge and skills to improve supplier relations

This intensive, two day workshop is designed for procurement and contract management personnel who already have sound background knowledge of contract law and want to develop a more in-depth understanding of this complex area. The course is designed to give you hands on experience of drafting, improving and negotiating contracts using case studies and practical sessions.
