You’ll develop business credibility, agility and the skills required to build effective relationships across your organisation, including how to demonstrate and communicate your HR function’s value in a constantly changing business world.

Using practical case studies, you’ll put learning into practice and present solutions to challenges and obstacles.

The hub will house your course content, as well as useful resources, tools, and a community of professionals that you can tap into to support your learning and continual development.

Course delivery details

The programme is run over a 4–6-month period. You’ll participate in two sessions per month with a four-week gap between live Online Classes. Each live Online Class is designed and delivered by practicing subject matter experts.

As part of the course, you’ll be given access to the CIPD’s online learning platform, the CIPD Learning Hub for self-directed learning. The self-directed learning consists of preparative activities to complete prior to attending each module and case studies to facilitate the group work and final presentation.
