Prior to attending the course, you will be encouraged to read a few case studies and consider possible solutions to solve the issues described. Your trainer will refer to these throughout the course. It gives the opportunity to work through a real-life case illustrating key points of law discussed during the course. It will take you around 1 hour to read and reflect on the given examples. We will provide fillable pdfs to help you capture thoughts and notes throughout this learning experience.
