Benefits, Pensions and Share Schemes - 2-Day Open Course in London
This comprehensive two-day course offered by CIPD Training equips participants with the knowledge, skills and confidence to offer guidance on their organisation's pension plans, benefit plans and share schemes.
Participants will learn through a blend of specialist knowledge and theory and interactive group work. Facilitators will cover approaches to the management of non-cash reward programmes internationally; including mainstream approaches in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Participants will leave prepared to manage international benefits programmes and have a part in designing long-term incentive plans.
