Grievance, Discipline and Dismissals - 2-day course by CIPD training

Knowing how to apply the law on grievance, discipline and dismissals is essential for effective management and HR. This Grievance, Discipline and Dismissals course provides a thorough grounding in the legal issues to be aware of, and gives practical guidance on how to handle difficult situations and conduct disciplinary hearings.

By the end of the two-day programme, you will be able to:

  • Advise on and apply your organisation’s grievance and disciplinary procedures
  • Handle difficult situations in a timely, effective fashion
  • Follow all aspects of best practice in grievance, discipline and dismissals
