Welcome to Connection Studio. Our vision is to create high quality, innovative courses, linking online learning with in-person or live experiences to create transformational learning. We create courses which are not like the others you will find on the market. From courses about anxiety and emotional wellbeing, to delivering fully comprehensive packages to teams and organisations: we have clinical expertise at the heart of all that we do.
With 20+ years of practical as well as teaching experience, we stand out from the crowd. We aim for authentic, meaningful learning experiences, so all our courses all involve experiential learning – active processes that embed your learning. We know that you have capability but our focus on your learning zone can make a massive difference. Our 20+ years of experience in clinical psychology shines through all that we do. Our in-person courses are run by clinical psychologists and psychotherapists so places on our workshops are limited to ensure effective learning experiences.
Our aim is to help everyone build emotional capacity and awareness. The fuel and power that emotions provide can supercharge our lives or cause a fair amount of destruction – we are passionate about empowering you and those around you.
Finally, we are called Connection Studio because connection especially has a huge impact on health and wellbeing, our immune systems and even how long we live; and we don’t need to be physically connected. Social connection is about feeling close and sense of belonging. If we get too disconnected, it has a more significant impact on us than smoking, high blood pressure or obesity, and slows down our recovery from disease.
