Course description

Anxiety! Learn, Regulate and Explore to Find Your Freedom.

Welcome. A five day course, with the next stage released each day for you to work through or whenever it suits you at your leisure. We will give you a new perspective on anxiety, taking you through the four different pathways anxiety can take in your body, so you can build your understanding and your ability to live more freely. We take you on an interactive journey so that you learn when and how to effectively regulate. This course helps you explore so you can build more of a sense of internal safeness, external safety, and find your freedom. These building blocks give an invaluable foundation from which to build your emotional capacity. So sign up for them now, and you can dip into them whenever you would like to, via any device. Each stage takes 1-2 hours to complete.

In these resources you will find videos, audios, exercises and practices. Stories to bring the concepts to life and metaphors which you can easily apply to your own experience. We welcome your comments and feedback about what you would like more, and about what is helping you find your freedom.

  • Green anxiety signal: being curious about what is underneath
  • Practice, Practice, Practice

Day 3 – Connecting with nature and dealing with red anxiety pathways

  • Nature calls
  • Green responses, Red responses… listen to your body to find your freedom
  • Red anxiety: observe, attend… repeat.
  • Red and green anxiety pathways… stretch and overwhelm
  • Ta da!

Day 4 – Panic is not anxiety

  • Differentiation
  • Red and green anxiety signals
  • Pay attention
  • Panic is not anxiety
  • Ta da!

Day 5 - Barriers to regulation and guided practices

  • Barriers to Regulating Red Anxiety
  • Distracted – drifting attention a barrier to red anxiety regulation?
  • Dismissal or undermining – “It isn’t important that regulate red anxiety” – is this a barrier?
  • Projection -  a barrier to regulating red anxiety?
