Goal setting: Since you succeed by achieving goals, on this course you will become an expert on how to set and achieve goals.
Clear communication: You have to make yourself clearly understood, so you will learn how to improve the clarity and accuracy of both your spoken and written language.
Impression management: How to control your words and actions to consistently establish a favourable perception in others' minds.
Prioritisation: You cannot do everything simultaneously, so we teach you the vital skill of prioritisation.
Conflict resolution/performance management: Not everyone does what they should do, so we show you how to handle conflicts in the correct manner.
Positive language: How to transform negative language into positives. And why affirmative commands are important.
Rational Conflict management; Learn to resolve conflicts quickly and effectively. Differentiate between reasons and excuses. Know when to concede and when to stand your ground.
How to manage difficult conversations: How to rationalise conflicts; use objective language. Proposing specific, practical corrective action. The importance of praise and appreciation.
Time management: How to get the most done in the minimum time. Prioritisation, organisation and delegation. Distinguish between busy and productive.

Course delivery details
This training is fully interactive and the two consecutive days are delivered via Microsoft Teams from our professional Training Studio. The sessions start at 9am, with breaks at 11am, 1pm and 3pm. We finish at 4.30pm.
