This human resources management training course focuses on the contribution of HR in supporting compliance with the FCA's and PRA's new Senior Managers and Certification Regimes and current Approved Person requirements.

By completing this highly practical course, delegates will gain knowledge of the latest regulatory developments, implications and priorities for HR. The course allows them to examine the practical impact of the new regulations on HR tasks, from recruitment to continuous professional development. Delegates will be able to identify HR responsibilities in key areas of regulation such as Fitness & Propriety, Senior Management Systems and Controls and Ongoing Competence and understand what regulators expect of Senior Managers, Senior Insurance Managers and Approved Persons. Overall, the course participants will gain a clear picture of  key HR risks, controls and indicators in respect of regulatory requirements.
