This dynamic and interactive one-day Sales Training Course will develop your Selling Skills and Sales techniques to a new level. You will learn the key stages of how to Sell successfully to prospective buyers, and also how to build rapport with your customers and develop lasting, long term relationships.

Delivered in a highly interactive format, the 1-day Effective Sales Skills programme is designed to give you the opportunity to relate the topics covered to your own working environment. With a focus on real life interactions and situations, the course is thus designed to link smoothly to your own workplace environments and types of customers.
You will learn how to negotiate, influence and gain a “win-win” situation for both parties, as well as how to:
Open the Sale – understand what to do in those initial stages of a Sales interaction
Establish Customer Needs – use recognised “questioning” and “listening” techniques to understand how to build rapport with your customer and understand their needs
Sell the Benefits of your Product/Service – learn about the best way to present the benefits of your product or service to a prospect in order to secure a sale
Close the Sale – How to handle objections effectively and learn some simple and effective ways to confidently close a sale
The Sales Course combines lectures with practical exercises and group discussions to produce an engaging learning experience. At the end of the session, Participants will also be encouraged to create an action plan detailing how they will apply and build on their new skills upon their return to the workplace.
