Introduction to Contract Management
In the busy world in which organisations are trying to get more from less, many organisations are contracting out services which traditional were done in house. This is in the hope that the services can be provided cost effectively whilst meeting their objectives.
Unfortunately the contracting out activity/process is sometime left to inexperienced personnel who have little knowledge of the process.
This 3 day course follows the contract cycle from “need to close out” and is recommended for personnel from all parts of the organisation who find themselves thrown in at the deep end.
