Management Principles for the newly appointed Manager
This course is intended to instill the key skills in managers and supervisors so that are better prepared to meet the daily challenges and demands of being a manager. The management of people is a critical aspect of being a manager and without understanding the fundamentals of how to effectively manage people, life for such managers will always be difficult.
Professionals like engineers are excellent when it involves systems, processes and logic - but when these elements are intergrated with the people dimension, it literally takes on a whole new meaning.
