Course description
Women in leadership roles face unique challenges in a global workplace, where cultural attitudes toward gender, authority, and leadership vary widely. This coaching programme provides personalised guidance to help women navigate cultural expectations, strengthen their leadership presence, and build influence across international teams and organisations.
A key component of this coaching is the cultural diagnostic tool, which offers insights into how leadership styles—including perceptions of authority, credibility, and decision-making—differ across cultures.
