Our team building solutions are individually built and geared towards teams at any level within an organisation, providing an independent and objective perspective to promote a common purpose such as the creation of a 'high performance team.'
Research Option (1/2 - 1 day)
All of our courses are designed on a bespoke basis to match the business’ culture & working practices to ensure all of the objectives are met. The approach is as follows:
- Conduct a ½ hour confidential interview via Zoom with each team member to gain a full appreciation of their role and how they perceive the Team needs.
- Operational & cultural issues can be objectively identified so that the course contents and exercises can be related directly to the team.

Course delivery details
Covid Secure
The Meeting room(s) will be spacious enough for all participants to be able to maintain ‘social distancing’ at all times. (masks/visors PPE can be worn – if required).
Each Team member will be provided with a 1.5m "swimming noodle" to act as an instrument to encourage distance disciplines.
