Leadership Soft Skills
This course is designed in such a way to help everyone attending to improve those skills important for a leader and as a consequence, their interpersonal relationships. During the course, everyone will have the opportunity to express the challenges they experience and describe how these challenges are an obstacle to effective communication with their teams. Together we will identify the blocks to listening and communication and how they could affect everyday communication with fellow colleagues. It will be clear that it is easy to tackle the challenges and transform the workplace into a healthy, pleasant, efficient and friendly working environment.
We will explore ways to help the participants gain the necessary confidence to face a problem when it reaches their desk and they will feel equipped with the right skills in order to make the right decisions.
