The Introduction to Social Care - QLS Level 2 Course is designed to provide an understanding of the role of a carer and is aimed at people caring in the home setting as well as those entering social care on a professional basis. Prerequisites
No prior knowledge is necessary to study the course, although a desire to start your own successful business and a sound educational background or previous business experience would be an advantage. The hardware and software requirements include:

- 2mb RAM;
- 5mb available disk storage;
- An Internet connection;
- Windows or MacOS operating system;
- Google Chrome browser;
- Microsoft Office or equivalent (Word and Excel).
