PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation & Practitioner
PRINCE2 Agile combines the clearly defined framework of PRINCE2 with the flexibility and responsiveness of agile. PRINCE2 Agile has been developed for individuals and organisations who use PRINCE2 but understand the benefits of using agile methodologies within a project. This online course provides guidance on applying PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies to improve project management within your organisation.
This PRINCE2 Agile Foundation & Practitioner Online course teaches you the knowledge and techniques needed to pass the official exams and implement this combination of two of the world’s most used and popular project management methodologies, in any project you embark on throughout your career.

Suitability - Who should attend?
The PRINCE2 Agile Classroom course has been developed for Project Management professionals who work as part of a team or as a Project Manager, as well as individuals who are involved with programme support functions.
Prerequisites
The PRINCE2 Agile Foundation course is available for all to enrol onto, however, to be able to enrol onto the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner certificate you will need to have passed one of the below:
- PRINCE2 Foundation (or higher)
- PRINCE2 Agile Foundation
- Project Management Qualification (PMQ)*
- Certified Associate in Project Management® (CAPM)
- IPMA Levels A, B, C and D (Certified Projects Director)
