The Level 3 Award in Supervising Health & Safety in the Workplace is designed for professionals with a responsibility for supervising health & safety issues in their workplace.
This three-day course provides participants with a solid understanding of the practical controls and legal obligations associated with health & safety at both the national and EU level. Exploring the supervisory and managerial aspects of promoting occupational health & safety, it then addresses a number of specific H&S areas including:
- First Aid at Work
- COSHH
- Work Equipment & Ergonomics
- Display Screen Equipment
- RIDDOR
- Manual Handling
In addition, it explores requirements related to accident investigation & reporting, risk assessment, health & safety auditing and employee training.
