Associate Ambulance Practitioner - Level 4 - Apprenticeship Training
This apprenticeship training is designed for apprentices involved with the provision of emergency care as a member of an ambulance crew and also responding to 999 and urgent calls.
The training usually lasts for 18 months.
Qualifications
- Level 2 award in ambulance driving (QCF).
- Level 3 certificate in emergency response driving (QCF).
- Level 4 diploma in associate ambulance practitioner (QCF).
Apprentices must achieve level 2 English and maths (equivalent to GCSEs at grades A* to C) before taking the end-point assessment.
