Flume was born in 2010 to challenge the conventional approaches to sales and sales training. Since then, the best approaches to sales have been constantly shifting, but what hasn’t changed is our commitment to helping our clients succeed through our sales training, coaching and consultancy services.

Absolutely everything we do is focused on achieving and exceeding the results you need for your business. This isn’t always as simple as delivering some training sessions – in fact, it rarely is. So we combine training, coaching and consultancy in the right mix to achieve the best results.

Any activity we undertake is with one simple aim in mind: To exceed expectations and deliver you results. People respond to immersive experiences where they are taken on a logical journey; however, what that journey looks like differs from person to person. We have therefore become experts at taking an agile approach to client work.

We use the most progressive approaches to make sure you see real behaviour change following any learning and development intervention.

At Flume, all of our workshops follow a three part process:

  2. Understand and Create
  3. Experience

We offer a range of different modules that can either stand alone or be combined together depending on our client needs.
