Franklin College engages in a number of apprenticeships with companies throughout the area.

The areas that we currently focus on are Business and Admin, Accounting, Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools and Working with Children and Young People. We also offer traineeships to young people looking to gain valuable work experience, combined with some useful qualifications. An Apprenticeship is a great way for young people and adult learners to earn while they learn in a real job, gaining a real qualification and a real future. Hiring apprentices helps businesses to grow their own talent by developing a motivated, skilled and qualified workforce. You can use Apprenticeships to train both new and existing employees moving into a new or changed job role and need to learn new skills.
