Course description
All Day Cookery Course: Cakes and Pastries:
A full day cookery workshop of baking various types of cakes ( victotia, genoise),pastry (short, choux, sweet) and pastry products. Coffee and home made biscuits on arrival. Lunch to include some of the products cooked on the day and a glass of wine, beer or soft drink.
