Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust - Apprenticeship Training

We are QE Gateshead and run the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Dunston Hill Day Hospital, QE Metro Riverside and some services at Bensham Hospital, all within Gateshead.

We offer a variety of apprenticeships which includes Health and Business Administration. As part of our drive to develop the future workforce, we have developed a Nurse and Biomedical Cadetship Programme.

The 18m Cadetships are aimed at 16-18 year olds which is a recognised pathway to both the BSc Degree in Adult Nursing and BSc Degree in Biomedical Science. On successful completion Cadets are supported by the trust to apply to the University of Northumbria.
