Health & Safety - Level 1
Overview
Ensure that your health and safety are not compromised and that your workplace remains hazard-free. The Health and Safety – Level 1 course will provide learners with vital knowledge on the risks and hazards that exist in the workplace and how to implement safety measures to counter these risks. The course will give learners a basic understanding of health and safety and how individuals can maintain or enhance their existing knowledge.
The Health and Safety – Level 1 course will introduce learners to workplace hazards, workplace conditions and workplace procedures. Learn about occupational health, how to respond to health and safety issues and reporting hazards. Acquire the fundamental skills and knowledge on how to monitor and maintain a safe working environment. If learners have not received formal training in health and safety, this is the perfect choice of course.
The Health and Safety – Level 1 course will familiarise learners on the importance of health and safety within the workplace. Learn about employer’s duties, the risks and hazards employees face in the workplace, and the procedures that are in place to counter these risks. Method of Assessment
At the end of the Health and Safety – Level 1 you will be evaluated through an online multiple choice exam. In order to complete this program successfully and gain your professional qualification.

Those who successfully complete the course will be awarded the Level 1 Certificate in Health and Safety by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. It will make you valuable to employers, and your motivation at gaining new skills will be recognised.
