The Global PA Association & Training Academy offers an Executive PA Programme '7 Key Skills PA Management Programme'. It can be taken as three 1 day sessions over a period of months or as 3 consecutive days.  On completion you will receive the ILM Certificate and CPD Standards Office Certificate.

We are recognised providers of the ILM, (part of City and Guilds, the no.1 for qualifications). The programme has also passed assessment by Birkbeck, University of London. It has been designed to meet the demand for a programme that increases the confidence and abilities of Executive PAs, Executive Assistants & Personal Assistants at work and develops them both professionally and personally. The 7 Key Skills Programme is a blueprint for the modern role to enable Executive Assistants & Personal Assistants on the programme to measure their capabilities, strengths and weaknesses against each of the 7 Key Skills and through assessment, feedback, engagement in class and reflection on learning the Assistants find growth, awareness and naturally upskill their talents and abilities. The Global PA Association & Training Academy are global leaders in the training and development of Personal Assistants, Executive Assistants & Secretaries and Admin Assistants.

Aim of the Session: The Assertive & Influential PA Masterclass - now called The Executive PA Manager Part I

This Masterclass will focus on 2 of the 7 Key Skills of PAs and will cover the following:

What do you need to be assertive and influential at work?

How can you communicate effectively with people in your organisation?

What skills do you need to manage clients and customers, suppliers, events and other staff?

How can you manage difficult people and situations

There will be an introduction to key communication skills, verbal, listening and body language. Topics also covered include Communication Skills, Coaching, Assertiveness, Negotiation &  Influencing Skills and Social Media for business.

This programme can also be delivered in Middle East, Far East and Australia and as an 'In House' programme tailored specifically for your organisation's needs.

Suitability - Who should attend?

This Executive PA Programme has been designed for Executive PAs, Personal Assistants, Executive Assistants & Team Assistants who wish to advance their current PA Management skills and reach a new level of expertise and professionalism.

Outcome / Qualification etc.

ILM recognised programme and each delegate will receive an ILM Certificate & CPD Standards Office Certificate on completion of the complete 7 Key Skills PA Management Programme.
