Aim of the Programme:

This Certified E-Learning Programme meets the demand for EAs and PAs to take on more managerial and business responsibilities in the workplace and represent their Executive across all levels of the organisation.

Who should attend this online programme?

This programme will offer EAs and PAs insights into how to manage their Executive's day effectively, gain self awareness, explore 'what is management' and how to implement management skills into their roles, become assertive, manage workplace conflict with confidence and find balance in their life and career for optimal performance. Follow up 1:1 coaching and mentoring call a month after the programme and invitation to join Global PA E-learning Group for further discussion and sharing. 

Suitability - Who should attend?

This 4 week E-Learning Programme is for Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Team PAs, Secretaries and Admin Assistants who wish to advance their knowledge and skills. The focus of the programme is skills relevant to the current global crisis including managing change, working from home and how to manage a crisis.

This advanced Executive PA programme is recognised by the ILM (part of the City and Guilds Group, the No.1 for qualifications) & The CPD Standards Office, London. Training Course Content

Content of the 4 week programme:

Module 1: Managing your Executive's Office.Explore how you like to learn and complete assessment of your Learning Style. Discover new tools and techniques in how to manage your Executive's Day from diary management, travel itineraries, juggling tasks, planning and prioritising your tasks. 

Module 2: What is Management, discover how to manage and develop your management capabilities. Explore how to build effective relationships with Leaders, Managers & your Peers and manage difficult situations with confidence.

Module 3: Managing the Communication Jungle. Explore the key communication skills for effective engagement in the workplace.  Learning how to practice the art of diplomacy and good judgement when managing an Executive Office.

Module 4: Developing your Potential in the Workplace.  Discover how to optimise your strengths in your current role with Strengths analysis and implement strategies for self improvement. Create a personal development plan for the next 1 year and explore the benefits of CPD (continuing professional development points). Global PA are members of the CPD Standards Office and we actively encourage our Members to complete an Annual CPD Record. 

Global PA Certified E-Learning Group:Delegates will be invited to join the Certified E-Learning Group to discuss and share ideas. The 4 week session will conclude with a follow up 1:1 coaching and mentoring call with Rosemary Parr a month after the session

Meet Your Trainer

Participants can continue on to our E-Learning Programme 'The Role of the Executive Assistant' or our 'World Class Executive Assistant Programme'. Our public courses are ILM Certified 7 Key Skills PA Management Programme, Role of the Executive Assistant, Project & Event Management Masterclass. 

Expenses

This E-Learning Programme costs £240 + VAT and sessions are held once a week for 4 weeks on Fridays at 1pm (UK time). Recording of the sessions and a Workbook is available for each student. Students are eligible for an ILM Certificate on completion of the programme which costs £55. The sessions are delivered by Cisco Webex.
