Apprenticeships provide an opportunity to gain valuable work-based experience and a recognised qualification at the same time. Key features include an individual learning plan designed to suit your needs and your employer’s requirements within the industry standards. Your training takes place in the workplace plus you will attend college (usually once a week) to learn theory and underpinning knowledge. You will maintain an electronic portfolio of the tasks carried out at work to show evidence of your understanding of the theory. Your industry-trained tutors will teach and assess you, as required, and help you successfully combine your work life and study.
Are you already employed a minimum of 30 hours per week? We have a range of subjects to help you gain an apprenticeship qualification while continuing to work.
