BTEC Level 2 Certificate in Workskills-B2CWSF
Our courses are suitable for students with a wide range of learning difficulties or disabilities who have few or no formal qualifications.
Friendly staff provide a supportive and caring environment and are on hand to help students reach their potential.Students get involved in work-related activities and gain valuable life skills. Students do work experience in our own shop where they develop their social and numerical skills.Our team of Learning Support Assistants is on hand in the classroom to ensure students get all the support they need.
Course content
The study programme is made up of the following strands:
- Portfolio Work: BTEC Level 2 Work skills
- Functional Skills Maths & English
- Work Placement – one day per week
- EPR.
Who is this course for
Students who are interested in boosting their English, Maths and employability skills. Students who want to progress onto a mainstream course or employment the following year.
Entry requirements
Young people who show an interest in wanting to improve their employability skills. Must possess Entry 3 or Level 1 Maths and English.
