Functional Maths Level 1 - Pre-GCSE - PT Day
Functional Skills Maths at Level 1.
Suitability - Who should attend?
No formal requirements necessary however Grade E in GCSE Maths or Functional skills Maths at Entry 3 are useful.
To successfully receive a course offer, you will need to pass the initial assessment. After passing the initial assessment, you will be offered a place in the introductory period of the course (the first 6 weeks starting in September) during which time you will be assessed again to secure a permanent place on the course.
Questions in the initial assessment which will take place during enrolment will be from the following topics. All questions are at Foundation level (Grade 1/2/3).

Who is the course for?
This course is for students who need to improve their maths skills in order to progress to GCSE and further study or to a career.
Course delivery details
substantial amount of homework. Lessons are on currently on Monday 9:30 and 11:30 and 12pm to 2 pm. The time and day for next year will be confirmed in the interview
