This two day practical and intensive in-house course provides a broad overview of the HR issues.

Human Resources is a core business function that requires competent professionals with a sound understanding of the relevant legislation. This introductory course is designed precisely to help your delegates find out all they need to know about the HR function, the role it plays within an organisation and how to ensure compliance with the latest HR regulations.

The course is delivered on your company premises, allowing your employees to assimilate knowledge and skills in a familiar environment, but can also be delivered in Hemsley Fraser's state-of-the-art training facility. Tailoring is available upon request.
