
Effective Management and Leadership Styles - In-House
Understanding the ways in which your style of leading and managing affects your employees enables you to encourage, motivate and help your team to work more effectively. This in-house course will assist you to understand what makes companies and people successful and how you can achieve this too.
The practical programme allows you to undertake a leadership styles profile questionnaire and have the opportunity to review your results and reflect on your development needs and strengths. You will then practise each of the management and leadership styles.
