Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Foundation and Practitioner - In-House
This certification is designed to teach and certify your organisation's programme managers and senior project managers in a recognised framework and qualification for successful programme management.
This course is brought to you in-house and takes place over five intensive days. After these five days employees will have gained a thorough understanding of MSP, the internationally recognised best practice programme management method. Since this method can be tailored to suit your working culture and size and type of programme, the content will include how it can be suited to your organisation.
This course is an in-depth study of the method and includes the highly valued Foundation and Practitioner exams. (Please note that to progress to the Practitioner examination employees must have scored at least 60% on the Foundation exam).
