What will I learn?
This is an opportunity to find out how to tone your facial muscles and improve circulation to boost your general complexion with specific exercises if you are new to Indian scalp and facial massage techniques or to extend your knowledge and skill if you already practice a basic sequence on family and friends.
You will be shown some facial pressure points and a variety of self-treatment exercises to tone facial muscles and promote relaxation. You will also build up a set of moves to perform a short seated sequence on others. This day session includes working on both yourself and in pairs. Handouts included.
Please bring a large and small towel. Oils are provided.
