German Lower Intermediates

This course will suit learners who have been studying German for between two and three years and who have a good basic knowledge of the rudiments of its grammar. This would include for example: manipulating all key verbs, including modal verbs, across the tenses; having a grasp of the concepts of article/case, including after certain prepositions; being able to use adjectives accurately; following fundamental aspects of German word order.

The aim of the course is to further develop your confidence and ability to communicate effectively in German, whilst deepening cultural awareness. A variety of listening, speaking, reading and writing exercises will be provided to support this and help you put grammatical rules into practice.
