It would have been beneficial for the workbooks to mirror the powerpoint presentation. Some of the text box fields in the workbooks were not formatted correctly. They were center aligned for height of the cell and not text wrapped.

Great sessions delivered by quality trainers throughout. The pace and interactivity of the course was very appropriate and the resources very helpful. Could only really be improved if we could download the reference book!

Pre work was great. Learning system is also very simple and clear. I would have preferred the sessions to be condensed to 2 and for more roleplays where possible. Mix of people on the course made it challenging to be matched with people of similar experiences. The host and team were welcoming and upbeat throughout.
