Entry Requirements
For delegates who opt to receive the full Postgraduate Certificate, the following requirements must be met:
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent from an accredited institution or
- Relevant work experience
There are no formal pre-requisites for delegates who opt out of the postgraduate certificate.
Outcome / Qualification etc.
Upon completion of the course, delegates may opt to receive a Postgraduate Certificate in The Mechanics of Corporate Finance from Middlesex University.
Training Course Content
Over the course of 16 weeks, the postgraduate programme will cover the following modules:
- The Foundations of Corporate Finance
- Valuation Laws
- Valuation and Pricing
- Capital Structuring
- Adaptations to Valuation
- Corporate Finance Modelling
- Mergers and Acquisitions - Part 1
- Mergers and Acquisitions - Part 2.
Modules will be released individually and in two-week intervals.
