Master of Laws (LLM) in Media & Entertainment Law
The LLM in Media and Entertainment Law by distance-learning provides an interesting and eclectic mix of creative practice, research and analytical skills. Students will acquire a comprehensive understanding and in-depth knowledge surrounding the leading issues to govern the media and entertainment industry. It will investigate to what effect these industries try to coexist with one another and work within the legal framework.
This course will enable students to build on their existing stock of knowledge regarding the legal position and regulations governing the media and entertainment industry. This course is going to illustrate domestic, European and international laws in place to try and provide protection for all parties involved.
This course will provide students with all the equipment they need to succeed to gain a Postgraduate Certificate, Postgraduate Diploma or a Masters in Law.

The course is designed for individuals who wish to acquire expertise in media and entertainment law.
It has been designed specifically for those working in, or wishing to enter, the media and entertainment fields; or for those with, or without legal backgrounds who wish to broaden their expertise and to understand better the legal issues arising in these areas. It therefore welcomes applicants from both legal and non-legal backgrounds who have the potential to benefit from the programme.
