The course runs over 3 days and is the ideal course for anyone already in a middle management role who wants to boost their skills and improve personal performance as they move towards a more senior position.
The award consists of 2 two units, which aim to improve understanding of effecrtive leadership and skills to implement innovation and change:
Becoming an effective leader
- Understand leadership style and develop emotional intelligence
- Evaluate your own ability to lead and manage
Leading innovation and change
- Understand the need for organisational change
- Propose innovative solutions and lead/manage the change
There are 2 written assignments to be completed in your own time.
Upon completion the qualification could help you progress to a Level 5 Certificate or diploma in Leadership and Management.
Alternatively, you may wish to progress to our Association of Project Managment PMQ course.
