Course description
Level 2 Food Safety:
On our Study Programmes, you'll work with us for 3 days per week towards a recognised Food Safety qualification, as well as Maths and English. We will help you develop your skills while getting real work experience.
You will look at food safety and law enforcement, contamination hazards and controls and cleaning and disinfection.
This course runs at MyPlace, Westfield Folkhouse, Mansfield. You can enrol at any time throughout the year. PLUS earn as you learn with us! We pay students up to £20 a week to learn with us and travel costs are covered. Child benefit is not affected.
