To be effective in business takes skill and understanding of management, organisational structures and your market. This course aims to provide you with the core knowledge you need to study at university.
This Access to Higher Education Diploma (Business and Management) is designed to give you the skills and knowledge to succeed in business. During your studies you will learn about key business principles including macro-economics and market conditions, the business environment, organisational structures, marketing and more.
You will study management styles and effective decision making. You will also learn how to manage change and understand the effect those changes can have on the business. This diploma covers other essential information such as consumer legislation, quality management and how to build and motivate a team.
This Access to Higher Education Diploma (Business and Management) includes modules to prepare you for degree level studies including study techniques and how to write an assignment.

Entry Requirements:
Learners must have GCSEs in both English and Maths at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) or be working towards these qualifications (talk to us about Functional Skills if you do not have these). They also need to aspire to study a Business and Management related degree at university.
