JRVAssociates utilizes Resilience Tools to deliver leadership training in the work place. The Resilience Leadership Elements form a comprehensive model of leadership, which is practically based and universally applicable. JRV Associates is led by Bob Vince who established an impeccable record as Corporate Director at Interserve, with over 25 years’ experience in a variety of Board roles.
