Litigation Drafting Skills
Litigation Drafting Skills - A 1-day training course by Kaplan Altior
This comprehensive training day enables litigation lawyers to improve their court documents and writing skills. The CPR has altered the requirements as to drafting all legal documents and as such there are critical consequences for a breach of these rules.
This course will guide delegates through the specified requirements for drafting effective court documentation, using practical and easy to understand exercises.
Failure to adhere to the requirements can have serious consequences, including problems of admissibility and, ultimately, striking out. This course will help candidates prevent such consequences and enable them to become more effective in litigation practice.
