Microsoft Project Advanced Training Course
Project Training | 1 Day Project Course | Up To 8 Attendees
This 1-day course is for a team looking to increase their knowledge and skill set in Microsoft Project. All attendees will improve their knowledge and skills to ensure that they are able to maximise the full use of MS Project.
This Project course is designed for your team to familiarise, practice and master the advanced features and functions of Microsoft Project. So, that they can use it effectively and efficiently in the workplace.
- This advanced course will start with a recap of the basics of using MS Project
Then the training will move onto more advanced features such as:
- Customising views and working with Global.mpt
- Resources management
- Resources allocation
- Resources
- Scheduling etc.
Attendees will learn project costings and how they are applicable to managing a project to ensure budgets are met and that all projects run smoothly. However is they do not go to the original plan we will teach the delegates how to update the plan using concepts such as progress reporting, baseline, “what If” changes and recording progress.

- Participants will now have the knowledge of how to get the most out of MS Project
- They will have an advanced understanding of all the relevant features
- Delegates will be able to use the advanced Microsoft project features
- Understand how they can implement the skills learned into their roles
