Barbering Beginners

This course is a perfect introduction to the technical barbering skills needed to succeed in men's barbering. This beginners course will introduce you to the basics of cutting men's hair and by the end you'll be able to create different hair styles using scissors and clippers. You'll be taught in our industry-standard working salon and gain practical experience in the following areas: Cutting men's hair into a one-length or layered style, Using clippers, Styling men's hair and Selecting and using finishing products to complement your finished style. There is no coursework or exams during this course, but you'll be expected to complete an informal practical assessment at the end of the programme. On successful completion of the course, progression onto the full Level 2 Barbering qualification could be an option.
