Course description
This course is for students who have successfully completed and passed the BTEC Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma in Sport/ Sport and Exercise Science. The Level 3 Diploma is aimed at learners who want academic experience and who may aspire to apply to university for a Higher Education course. The Diploma is a one year programme that is equivalent to two A Levels. The course deals with the scientific themes and concepts of sport and exercise science and aims to provide studies in sport which are directly related to the changing needs of employers in specific areas of the sport science industry. Higher Education courses such as HNC in Sport & Exercise Science, Sports Coaching or Health and Fitness.
