This course will recognise, improve and enhance existing skills and knowledge, whilst developing higher level skills to improve your career progression.
For this level you will need to be working in a senior supervisory post or as a middle manager, with considerable line management responsibility and input into your organisation's planning, financial and strategy functions. You will also be responsible for developing your team. You could be a departmental manager, senior administrator, and office manager.
